What we do
The Marine Mammals Stranding Center is dedicated to responding to marine mammals, like seals and whales and sea turtles that are in distress along all of New jersey's waterways. We help them get healthy and then release them back into their natural habitat. When they can't be re-released, we make every effort to find them a secure and proper place for the rest of their lives. We also spend our time and energy educating both adults and children about the importance of keeping our oceans clean and safe for mammals and sea turtles. If you share your birthday money with us, you will be helping the marine mammals of new Jersey.
